Trieste, 20 January 2025 - Ulisse Biomed S.p.A., an Italian healthcare biotech company active in the fields of diagnostics, theranostics and therapeutics, announces that it has signed a new distribution agreement with Montebello Diagnostics.
Montebello Diagnostics is a Norwegian company, leader in the distribution and marketing of diagnostic solutions for hospital laboratories, research laboratories and food laboratories, with many years of experience and an established business in HPV solutions.
The agreement includes the distribution of Ulysses Biomed's proprietary solutions for HPV screening and genotyping, as well as the Hyris System™, a proprietary platform consisting of hardware and software for genetic analysis.
The agreement includes exclusive distribution of Ulisse Biomed solutions in Norway and non-exclusive distribution in the Swedish, Danish and Finnish markets.
