A new brand identity for the Group
Trieste, 18 December 2024 - Ulisse BioMed S.p.A., an Italian group active in molecular biology listed on Euronext Growth Milano (ticker EGM: UBM), today presents its new brand identity, a graphic and communicative evolution that marks a new chapter in the company's history, marked by the integration with Hyris last December.
This rebranding represents a significant step within a path of integration and synergy initiated with the acquisition of Hyris. The combination of the skills and technologies of the two companies has given rise to an innovative Group, capable of offering complete, state-of-the-art diagnostic solutions in the field of molecular biology.
The new brand is the symbol of this new phase. It represents the merging of two worlds, that of Ulysses BioMed and that of Hyris, and the birth of a strong, distinctive and intregrated identity.
The first touchpoints on which this new identity will be articulated are the digital ones: the website www.ulissebiomed.com and the social channels. On the occasion of this launch, a new corporate presentation video was also prepared on UBM's YouTube channel (available at this link) and disseminated on the main social networks, to tell the Group's vision, its activities and its management in a more strategic and clearer way.
"The rebranding," says Gabriele Salaris, Head of Marketing&Sales of the UBM Group, "is much more than a simple image change. It is the tangible manifestation of an ambitious project aimed at creating a market leader in the molecular diagnostics sector. The integration with Hyris has enabled us to significantly expand our product and service portfolio, and the new branding will help us communicate our new identity and our ability to innovate to the world."
"As we have communicated through the 2025-2028 guidance and preliminary end-of-2024 figures, the path we have embarked on is one of change and break from the past. The integration deal with Hyris is proving its strategic value, 2024 has seen us focus on efficiency and we are now ready to sustain our project for the coming years. This rebranding is a step in that direction,' says Nicola Basile, CEO of the UBM Group.
